About me
Hi, I’m Rosa – a Spanish mamá living in the UK, navigating the beautiful (and sometimes messy) world of motherhood a little later in life.
Wellness has always been part of who I am. I’m passionate about healthy living: from simple, nourishing meals that respect the planet (and our time!), to natural and organic skincare that helps us feel good in our skin. I’m also a big believer in movement – I love swimming, Pilates, yoga and lately lifting weights to stay strong as we grow older.
Before becoming a mum, I made the most of my freedom – my husband and I enjoyed travelling, discovering new places, tasting new foods (I’m a foodie at heart!) and soaking up every moment together. Enjoying life on our own terms!
Motherhood came later for me, at 42, and it hasn’t always been easy. Afer some challenges trying to conceive, our daught Lucía came into our lives – a gift that has brought both deep joy and new challenges.
Recently, we’ve begun navigating her diagnosis of ADHD, and that has opened up a whole new chapter – one I’m learning from every day.
This blog is my way of sharing what’s helping me – from healthy recipes and self-care rituals to refletions on parenting a neurodivergent child. I hope to create a space where other mums feel supported, seen, and reminded that we don’t have to lose ourselves in motherhood. We can thrive – even if it’s one small step at a time.
Rosa
